Jump Shots
Jump shots are where a cue ball or an object ball leaves the table surface. For straight jump shots, it is usually done with a jump cue. It is shorter and lighter than a normal playing cue, and it requires a very hard special tip. Although jump shots are generally utilized to jump the cue ball over obstructing balls, including a stroke directly into an object ball, or into a cushion with jump action, they are usually sometimes executed with a normal playing cue.
Four Triples with Timer
This was a shot Andy Segal used in the 2011 Ultimate Trick Shot Competition Finals at the Riviera Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Now the trick here is to get the balls jumping and the next set has to be jumped over the barrier before the previous set falls in the pocket. It's a little challenging, but I reccomend you practice your pacing before executing this shot.

All In (Second Version)
This is my variation of Gabi's shot he submitted for ESPN last year. He jumps one-handed two balls over the shaft and then goes to the other side to jump one-handed, opposite handed, one ball back to the pocket in front of him. From this video, I did it differently, and you can tell from watching it. Of course, the cue shaft should never be touched or the shot is no good.

Team Europe's Lefty Righty Chopsticks
This shot was created I believe by Nick Nikolaidis and was used for their World Cup of Trick Shot tournaments. The goal here is to have five rows of balls all connected to each other and have them be jumped into the side pocket in less than 20 seconds. From hit to hit. And before execution, the odd sets have to be hit with your good hand, and the even set has to be hit with your opposite hand. Either way would work, so have fun learning this shot for you to become a trick shot master.

Behind the Back - Double Jump
This was a shot that was used by Team Europe for their World Cup tournaments on ESPN. Originally, this was a two player shot, but I've come to tell you that this is possible to execute if you can shoot 1-handed behind the back. Also, you need to make sure that you balance your jump cue before hitting the ball. Otherwise, you will miscue the ball when attempting to jump.

A Game of Jumping Jacks
This shot was submitted by Team USA for World Cup of Trick Shots a few years ago. This shot is like "Jumping Jacks" created by Andy Segal, but more with jumping on each moving cue ball. Normally, one would do the hit after bouncing the ball and another player would jump the ball as it moves, but here, I did it all. It's not a bad shot to try and test my skills, but it works to anybody's favor depending how well they can jump the cue ball as well as good speed and hand eye coordination.

High Bar Draw
This is one shot where I tried to master Abram's height on jumping high over a shaft and draw back underneath afterwards. This is about as high as I can go right now when it comes to shots like these. Maybe someday, I'll try to go higher in a few months and see how high I can go as long as I can draw back under to make the hanger. I reccomend to start off with the original shot. If you are comfortable with this shot, try it out. It might educate you on how high you must jump draw to get over the bridge.

Waterfall Shot
If you know the classic shot used in older tournaments, then you are in luck. This time, I sped up the shot to where you have to pocket all the balls in 9 seconds or less! You have to be quick on this shot if you want to be a pro trick shot artist. I've seen Tom Rossman and Mike Massey uses this shot in tons of competitions, and now it's been used as a concept for new variations where you have to beat the time or pocket the jumped balls before another group of balls falls into a pocket where the jumped balls fell in.

Quad Jump w/ Both Hands
It's jumping four balls into the side pocket with using both hands holding two cues. Team Europe submitted this shot for the World Cup of Trick Shots 2011, and somehow was never shown on film and online. W'ell to my knowledge, I believe so, but might have to check online again to find the video of the shot somewhere. It requires balance, patience, and precise aiming. If you can use all three for this trick shot, you can master the shot almost every time.

Jump Draw
A classic shot I've seen Nick Nikolaidis used in a private tournament back in 2006 in Kiev, Ukraine. Usually, they used blocker balls instead of a butt cue, but someday, I'll get there. The big deal here is you need to have the cue ball to come back to where you can pocket the 9-ball frozen to the short rail and not have the blocker balls or butt stick being in the way. If in the way, then the shot is considered no good. Practice your draw with this shot and also don't scratch the cue ball. Even though you made the first hanger ball, but you need to keep it on the table for the second part of the shot.

Double Jump Through Spinning Rack
A shot I've seen Team Europe submitted for the 2011 World Cup of Trick Shots, and I must say that this is one of their more difficult shots on the planet. Every time you try to jump the pool balls you must alternate hands and make sure you don't hit the rack spinning. If one of the balls flys off the table and not in the pocket, the shot attempt is no good. Watch the video to get my understanding on how the shot is suppose to go. It's a hard shot my friend, so practice this shot a ton if you want to master it.
