Masse Shots
Masse shots are ones where the cue ball is loaded up with lots of spin, deviates from its obvious straight line path and curves on its own without hitting a rail or an object ball. This includes pique shots which are very similar to masse shots, but the cue ball come backs against the directional stroke.
Masse-Jump shots are where the cue ball jumps over an obstruction and makes a curve around the object balls or other props on the table.
Florian's Railroad Masse
Florian Kohler uses this shot regularly for his travel shows, but this is a great add on as a classic shot with a twist! I think you will have a lot of fun with this shot because it's one where you will never get tired of no matter how many tries it takes for you to make it.

Minguad Masse
An oldie but goodie shot that has been around Artistic Pool since 2000. It's featured in the Artistic Pool Program under Masse category, but you don't have to have a huge wall of blocker balls to make it around and pocket the hanging ball. I simply used 14 balls for a wall to make the shot more difficult to execute. If you have a playing cue or a masse cue, go for it, chances are you'll be able to make this if you know how to do the shot.

Letter "H"
A super difficult shot created by Florian Kohler, and this shot requires a lot of spin on the cue ball! Florian created this shot for the 2013 WCOTS, but couldn't pull it off because of too much angle or flying off the table. Surprisingly, Andy pulled it off, but they were still way behind Team Europe to win the final match. My choice for you on this shot is add a butt stick near the hanging ball o make it easier for you. Believe me, you will be addicted to this shot. :)

The Hustler Masse (Original Version)
This shot is famous for being in the 1961 movie "The Hustler" featuring Paul Newman as Eddie Felsen. Sometimes trick shots can become famous from being featured in pool movies like this one, but check out, "Pool hall Junkies" where they feature Christopher Walken doing the "Timing Shot". You may never know whenever there might be a trick shot that is being featured in a movie.

One-Handed - Machine Gun Masse
This is a one-handed version of the machine gun masse by Florian "Venom" Kohler. It can be difficult at times to do it one-handed, but if you master your balance with the masse cue, you should have no problem with massing the cue ball. Maybe, you can even try it with using more balls in lengthen the alley.

Wicked Masse
The same shot from up top, but more curved like a nike swoosh to pocket the hanging ball. It's also an old trick shot that I've seen Ppooler do in his trick shot videos back in 2006 when I was starting out in trick shots. This is actually more difficult than the other version because of the direction for the cue ball basically. Try this shot if you've mastered the Minguad Masse.

Double Masse Jump
I've seen Nick Nikolaidis execute this shot for a point for Team Europe during WCOTS 2013. It's like doing the simple masse jump, but with another cue ball to masse jump out of and a coin wrapper for the object ball. If you're curious on how this shot works, check out the video here to see how it's done. Remember, you must masse the second cue ball before the first one falls in the pocket and knocks the coin wrapper off the object ball. I love this shot so much when I was filming that now it's another one of my favorites on my list.

Double Masse Around the Racks
A shot I've seen Florian Kohler did in one of his latest trickshot videos. Double Masse has really become a new thing for trick shots because I've seen him and, w'ell only him, do these kinds of shots and make it impossible for the top pros. They've never even done shots like this before. What's cool about this shot is one cue ball hits the two ball to pocket the one, and then the other pockets the two ball. If you can double masse two cue balls at the same time, you've became unstoppable in trick shots!

Around the Wall
This is like a rainbow masse shot, but through a small gap to masse around the row of balls to pocket the object ball. I've seen Florian Kohler did this shame shot in his "Trickshot Express" series on YouTube, but it requires skills of putting a lot of spin on the cue ball to get it around the wall. I love this shot for it's huge curve as it goes from one side to the other.

Florian's No-Look Masse
The only way you can do this shot is to master the vision of masseing the cue ball without looking at all! Florian Kohler nearly made it, but he didn't adjust the cue stick to be more parallel to the long rail. The reason is is because the cue ball hit the side pocket point and went passed the rack to hit the blocker balls. Andy couldn't do the shot either as well. This is by far the most beautiful trick shot I've ever done, and this is in my top 10 favorite masse shots in my book.
